Corporate Account Executive

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be ambitious, consultative, and have a passion for new technologies.  You will be highly motivated to track leads and obtain new clients while providing exceptional service to your existing accounts.  Ideally you will have a strong background in International sales or have obtained contacts while dealing with International clients.  You will work closely with other Itracks team members to determine our client’s data collection needs and be able to offer them a solution utilizing Itracks’ line of advanced web-based products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients from an International market, specifically in Europe and/or Asia
- Manage a geographic territory (research companies) and/or specific industry buyers of research (end clients)
- Identify data collection requirements/needs and provide value added solutions to our clients
- Utilize sales management software to track and record opportunities
- Develop and execute personal sales plans, prepare proposals, assist in the development of sales strategies and products, and conduct client presentations either in person or by web conference.
- Assist in the skill development and training of clients.
- Travel internationally and within North America as required.

Qualifications:

- A proven record of Sales ability and success in breaking ground in new markets
- Business development experience within professional services, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods or technology sectors is desirable
- Sound knowledge of international business practices is an asset
- Experience with the Market research industry or conducting market research using online methods would be a definite asset
- Articulate with exceptional customer service skills
- Team player and leader that is enticed to help build a fast growing company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for Internet technologies 
- Strong motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Telephone or personal sales experience with executive level decision makers.
- Solution based selling, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
- Strong working knowledge of software programs Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Internet Explorer.  
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software would be an asset (Example: SAP, Siebel CRM, GoldMine, Salesforce.com).

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is desirable and/or work related experience, preferably in business-to-business professional sales/marketing
