Online Facility Now Available en Français, en Español, and auf Deutsch

Saskatoon, SK - Itracks, the United States patent holder for online qualitative research, is pleased to announce that their new Online Focus Group is immediately available in additional languages. Researchers can now book online focus groups in French, Spanish and German. Additional languages are coming soon.

'We've seen a surge in international online research that demands that our software is available in multiple languages,' says Jim Longo, Itracks' VP, Client Development. 'We've responded by adding three languages immediately and slating others for development.'

Itracks released their newest online focus group platform in March of this year. The immediate release of the multi-language version demonstrates Itracks' commitment to responding to market demand with frequent, targeted up-dates.

The new, aesthetically pleasing interface has a more intuitive design, freeing researchers to focus on what's most important – the unfolding conversation. Additional functionality, such as breakout rooms, gives researchers more options.
