Jeffrey Hayzlett, Itracks’ Chairman, to Address the Canadian Marketing Association National Convention
SASKATOON, SK, CANADA (May 26, 2011) itracks, the world-leading provider of online qualitative research and patent holder for qualitative applications, has released results of an online survey of Canadian companies regarding the impact of social media on their business. 143 Canadian companies participated in the survey, which was conducted from May 3-7, to help better understand how social media is being used as part of operating their business. The survey resulted in some notable outcomes. Of the 70% of companies using social media, 65% of them believe Facebook provides the best return on investment, followed by LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. In addition, most believed social media marketing efforts had a positive impact on word-of-mouth, awareness, promotions and referrals.Jeffrey W.
