The new software release includes an Advanced Notification System that alerts participants when someone has responded to their comment, encouraging discussion to moderator probes. The app conveniently takes the participant directly to the place on the board where the comment was made so they too can review and respond. Moderators are notified in a timely manner when client observers post comments in response to moderator posts. The itracks Mobile app and integrated online discussion board leverage itracks’ patent-protected client observer and moderator discussion, which occurs separately from the discussion that takes place between the participants and the moderator.
