Quality Assurance Technican (Part-time)

As a Quality Assurance Technician you will work in a team environment and be responsible for completing quality control checks on programmed surveys prior to being released live.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Database quality control using survey programmer and database checklists.
  • Testing online survey projects to ensure they meet client specifications using established processes and protocols.
  • Communicate survey feedback, suggestions, and changes to Web Survey Developer staff for approval or clarification.
  • Help promote sales and growth by ensuring the delivery of world class quality control.
  • Work in a team oriented atmosphere for the good of the entire company as well as the individual.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and be flexible in an ever-changing work environment.
  • Must have experience working in a team setting.
  • A strong customer service/support background is essential.
  • Extremely strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High motivation and ability to work hard to help build a small company into an industry leader.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
  • Experience using web based applications.
  • Must have a good knowledge and understanding of the Internet.
  • General interest in Internet business would be a definite asset.
