Research Interviewer- Kenaston, SK As a Research Interviewer you will be calling all across North America. You will have the opportunity to talk with people from a variety of backgrounds and industries on a wide range of exciting topics. Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound telephone based survey interviews for market research purposes using Itracks custom designed software to record responses. Achieve interview completion targets as defined on a per project basis. Communicate survey feedback, suggestions, and changes to Call Center supervisor for approval or clarification. Work with Call Center supervisor to satisfactorily resolve issues or problems that may arise during a project's timeframes. Keep internal documents and task completion tracking systems up to date. Assist in the ongoing maintenance of standardized training, production, and quality control documents. Help promote sales and growth by ensuring the delivery of the Itracks and Production department mission statements. Work in a team oriented atmosphere for the good of the entire company as well as the individual.
Qualifications: Excellent telephone interviewing or telemarketing skills. A strong customer service/support background is desired. Extremely strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly adapt within an ever-changing work environment. Must have experience working in a team. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good organizational skills. High motivation and ability to work hard to help build a small company into an industry leader. Experience using web based applications. Knowledge and understanding of the Internet. General interest in Internet business would be a definite asset. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Typing speed of 30 wpm is required. Bilingual in English and French and/or Spanish would be considered a definite asset.
Education and/or Experience: Compensation: - $9.25/hour starting wage.
