Product Manager

itracks, an innovative technology products and services company, is seeking a Product Manager to guide the vision of our world class Market Research product suite. In this role you will develop relationships with our clients and build product roadmaps for an industry that is moving quickly from a technology standpoint. Your expertise in our products, knowledge of the industry and our clients will help bring insight to what needs to be built and how to create the best user experience that matches our customer’s needs.

As a Product Manager, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for the following:

  • Work closely with our clients to establish industry needs that generate innovative product solutions
  • Research itracks’ target markets and identify specific opportunities for buyers and users of each product line assigned. Evaluate and quantify the opportunities with input from stakeholders. Define and communicate the target opportunities to be targeted by itracks
  • Translate market needs into market requirements that will result in new products or features to itracks’ existing products
  • Generate product requirements determining specifications, production timetables, pricing based on customer research
  • Assist with managing the backlog of stories that come from our clients
  • Development of a product Road Map
  • Provide requirements for outputs and user experience
  • Provide feedback on the wireframe digital designs
  • Beta products interfaces for new products and/or features
  • Collaborate with the software teams and be the voice of the customers in our backlog and war rooms
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop product marketing plan for each product
  • Work with marketing to develop sales materials. Train sales team members on how to best sell the products based on customer data collected during the development of the product
  • Project and hit technology revenue growth targets for each product line and an overall growth of our technology sales



  • Minimum of a university degree or diploma in a related field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a product manager role at a business to business, software as a service company
  • Understanding of software development and software development life cycles
  • Strong communication (English) and organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • A solid understanding of flow diagrams, wireframes
  • Passion for user experience with the ability to mentor these strengths within the software team
  • Demonstrate the ability to think outside the box with a high level of creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to regularly communicate and meet with clients to establish relationships and collect product feedback
  • Local and remote candidates will be considered, however working from a time zone that is in alignment with MST, CST or EST is required
