Researchers can organize a meeting with ease using the built-in scheduling features and reminders. The technology provides the option for the system to call the participant and connect them to the call, allowing them to remain anonymous to the client. The patented backroom capabilities of itracks’ entire qualitative suite continue to provide clients with the ability to both observe and seamlessly interact with researchers from behind the virtual mirror. The new platform offers an instant audio recording after the session or the option to order and manage a full transcript conveniently within the software.
