As a thought and technology leader in the digital online qualitative space, itracks continually works to make sure clients are involved in our development, educated, and informed about how to grow their business using online capabilities. We are conducting an online discussion Board and a Webinar completely devoted to answering your questions, thoughts, challenges and sharing ideas from other researchers.
itracks hosted an online bulletin board to collaborate with researchers about healthy eating habits from May 19th – May 24th. Researchers were able to experience discussion boards from a participant’s perspective. On Day One, respondents answered questions about their healthy snacking habits in an online qualitative format. The following day, participants went shopping and shared the produce section or location where they prefer to get their snacks — using itracks Board, they were able to upload pictures or videos. Days Three and Four had them show off the inside of their refrigerator and record how they prefer to prepare their snacks. Finally, we wrapped up research on Day Five with Leaderboard announcements, where prizes were awarded based on participation, and final thoughts were shared on snacking in general.
itracks hosted a Webinar based on the insights and contributions of this study, which you can watch above. Learn about the challenges and benefits experienced by other researchers, tips on making the leap to online qualitative and engaging participants, and how to make the most of the online/ mobile environment.
