Seats that count toward your subscription limit include Project Manager or Moderator level users, and Observer-level users who are employed by the company purchasing the subscription. Participants and third-party observers do not count towards the user limit.

Companies wishing to support a larger number of users than the 10 seats that come with our Agency licence are encouraged to talk to us about an Enterprise package so that we can custom design a solution to fit your needs.

itracks Board is available for use globally. itracks Board software interface and communication templates are available in the following languages: 
English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Dutch, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Indonesian, Turkish, Finnish, and Korean.

Solo and Team level subscriptions each come with a first-time training session with one of our talented itracks team members. Annual subscriptions at the Agency and Enterprise levels include more extensive training programs  as requested.   

For additional training above that included in your subscription, we have a number of video tutorials and articles via your itracks GO account.  

And, don’t forget, since there are unlimited projects included in your subscription, you can practice anytime.  

Upon booking a project with itracks Board, you will be  sent Board training materials and including user friendly training videos.

Additional training sessions can be provided for a fee.    

Yes, absolutely – as soon as you purchase your subscription, you can run unlimited number of practice and demo projects.

itracks Board comes with unlimited storage.

The recommended capacity for your itracks board is 50 to 100 participants (depending on your project this can be less or more).

If you plan to run a project with over 100 participants, we suggest that you create separates boards to better manage the volume.
