itracks is delighted to announce that Leon Bourner has been hired as Director of Marketing and Client Development. Leon joins the itracks team after 12 successful years with Waste Management (WM NYSE), the last 7 as Market Sales Manager for Western Canada. Under Leon’s leadership Western Canada experienced tremendous success in institutional, commercial and industrial sales growth, while leading a team across each of Canada’s prairie provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba).  During his tenure as Market Sales Manager, Leon was recognized as Market Sales Manager of the Year four times (2016-2019) and was awarded Circle Of Excellence in 2018 for outstanding performance and contributions to the company. Prior to his sales leadership role he held a number of customer-facing positions including Territory Manager and Major Account Manager. Leon is an analytical team leader with a keen focus on disciplined growth through team development and client engagement. Continuing the already established culture of providing itracks’ customers with a world-class customer service experience through its advanced online platforms and software is a primary focus.

Outside of his commitments at Waste Management, Leon has served on a number of Boards and is in his 8th year as President of Saskatoon Community Mediation Services; a local non-profit organization that focuses on restorative justice and community safety.  Leon earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.), Marketing in 2001 from the University of Saskatchewan.

Under Leon Bourner’s sales and marketing expertise, itracks is expanding their team with two new sales and marketing positions initially and plans for further expansion in the near future. The new sales and marketing roles that itracks is currently recruiting for are posted at https://www.itracks.com/career-opportunities/. itracks relocated to a newly renovated facility in downtown Saskatoon in July creating a new space conducive to growth and team collaboration. The office features a modern design, ergonomic sit / stand desks, an attractive restaurant style team social area and a feature fireplace. During the recent pandemic, itracks has been successful in transitioning staff to allow the team to work from home and service clients globally as their clients conduct research interviews and focus groups online using itracks software. New positions have been added in the operations department in the past couple week to allow itracks to provide dedicated, high quality service during the scale up period. Itracks is excited to expand and add new growth minded members to their team.
