With this release, itracks’ BBFG moderators are able to post bulletin board questions and collect responses via a webcam. itracks has analysed the complexities of video-based online qualitative research and created an intuitive tagging system where the moderator is able to tag videos as they watch the responses in an efficient single pass approach. A video reporting page allows users to search and edit video clips and create a highlight reel that can be inserted into reports to reinforce their research findings.
